Error while approving request : Super User Access - Firefigther doesnt exist.

Dear All,

During 2nd approval of request in GRC-CUP  , the below error appears

Auto provisioned for request on 02/14/2013 10:23

User Provisioning failed for System(s) : GSPCLNT500. Error Message : Firefighter does not exist

but the firefighter exists in ECC prod server. Attached screenshot for reference.

Please check in the backend whether  that FF ID exists and the validity.

Got the same error, In addition to what Pavithra said, also check if the user exists in the back end system
