Regarding SUS vendor changing own data

Former Member

Hi ,

We are on SRM 7 EHP 2 & activated ROS functionality in SUS.(SRM_SUCO_1 is activated)

We have a SUS vendor & a contact person for the same.

Our requirement is to enable the SUS vendor to change their own vendor specific data such as Address, email etc ( Not the contact person data)

, to review the same in BP change monitor by purchaser & then transfer to back-end.

So the question is, how can SUS vendor change their vendor specific data?

If we log in as a contact person in SUS, we can only change the SU01 data for contact.

Thanks

Kedar

Hi kedar,

please assign the below mentioned role to the user :

/SAPSRM/SUS_ADMIN_SUPPL_EHP1

This role is intended for administrators in supplier companies. Administrators can create and maintain users and user authorizations for the supplier company. Administrators in supplier companies can also maintain their own company data, for example, the company's address and e-mail address.

once u will assigned this role to your user you will get company data tab on your supplier self services screen. from where you can change the company data.

Once Supplier will make this changes the change data will go to purchaser with Administrator role (/SAPSRM/SUS_ADMIN_PURCH_EHP1) for accepting and rejecting changes made by supplier, before it can be replicated to backend.

Hope this helps.

Regards

It is possible to change their own data; I remember you can allow the supplier to change in Webdynpro Page or with the BSP Page. If you want to allow the Web dynpro page to be shown for the supplier, then you need to give the corresponding roles in the enterprise portal. In BSP Page, you will have a "Own data" link which will allow the user to change the address.
