Hi Rakesh,
Please check if there are two schedule lines for the line item and if it is please check the date and use the same date while creating delivery.
You can cross verify if any changes has done to the header and item level in the tables CDHDR and CDPOS.

check the sale order item schedule line tab here conform , delivery quantity check
and also check the item shipping tab level Part.dlv./item field value it is blank or any value assign ,
this field is must be blank
