how to create PI DOMAIN to use PI Monitoring in Solution Manager 7.1 ?

In solution Manager 7.1 SP7, I can't see any configured PI 7.11 managed system in the PI Monitoring TAB.

Can you help me to create step by step PI domain to appear them into PI Monitoring
