Problem while connecting sap oss connection

Hi,

We are facing the issue of sap oss connection,error message is as follows,

When i have tried telnet from saprouter server terminal it is giving the dump as follows.

Hi Rableen,

Please check whether SAPROUTER is running.

Are you facing this issue recently or is this is the first tmie?

Please check with network team and ensure that port 3299 , 3699 is not blocked.

Please check whether SAP-OSS RFC is working with other systems. If yes, then there is a problem with your configuration only.

Have you maintained the system entry in your routtab file?

Did you check the Logon ID and password in the tab "Logon and security" in the RFC?
