BI RSPLAN problem

Hi exports,

i having problem with bi rsplan the problem is when i test rsplan its asking portal user name and password its not opened directly.

sso configuration is perfectly and  jcos and rfc destination also configured correctly .

when i loged into backend tnx code RSPLAN test its asking user name and password its dose not ask user name and password its opened directly.

can u please help any one please its very urgent.

Hi,

Its a problem with single sign on. Check that certificates are exchanged on both the systems BI and Portal and usermapping is done correctly.

You may run BI diagnostic tool to check your BI-Portal configuration.
