How to display/appear vehicle no and driver no in Delivery note

Dear All,

In delivery note vehicle no,gatepass no,driver no should be display on delivery note.

If there's any configuration setting?

Pls help me

I believe these fields belong to the shipment rather than delivery and shipment is generated later. So, if this is correct, then they'll only be available after the delivery was added to a shipment.

It is not difficult to add these fields to the delivery output form (if you're using a standard one, you'll need to create a custom copy), but triggering output only after shipment is another story.

you are right this is the secondary option but there's one standard setting which is related to the shipment config ,there's all fields like gatepass no,driver name etc.

   It will not possible in Functional Way, you have to go through technical way... Just ask you ABAPER's to link that field to Output type...

Hello Deepak,

Delivery Note is a Output which is generated thru a Smartform which is nothing a collection of ABAP programs.

The the Table / Fields or Text Id's details of the Vehicle no, Gatepass No & Driver Name to your ABAPer & location on Delivery Note & he will do the needful.
