Content Server configuration issue

Dear All,

I have install content server for our ERP and DMS and configured the same on MS Windows 2008 standard server but the content server sites and even MAXDB not working. also while installing the content server content server website did not get created automatically for which i had created the site manually below is my queries to be answered. i am also attaching the document which i had used for installing content server.

1) Windows version and SP required installing Content server. What is recommended by SAP

2) How to check the content server ,DMS  and MXDB version

3) How to login to content server and check the status of the content server

4) Checking the status of MAX DB, starting and stopping of MAXDB command through command prompt

5) How to create Content server IIS site, is it automatically get created or we have to create the same, if we have to create then how

Please help me to sort out the issue ASAP.

Please check installation guide for DMS. All steps are mentioned in the guide.
