HI Guys,

urgent help required-

my all oss-rfc were working fine-but today wehn i am checking it giving me error

solution manager 7.01

details -

Host name /H/xxxxxxxxxxx/S/sapdp99/H/194.39.131.34/S/sapd unknown

Message no. SR010

Diagnosis

The specified host name is unknown in your system.

Procedure

Check that the host name is correct.

kindly suggest  possible ways to correct it

Please show me msg server field in SM59 for RFC SAPOSS and as well from OSS1 Parameter -Technical settings if these IPs are same as in that field in SAPOSS RFC

hey guys,

correct error thanks for all inputs,

saposs -rfc -wrong info was put by other admin user

while rechecking found that info

Hi,

Please check whether SAPROUTER service is running in the saprouter system.

If not, please start it and try to check the SAP-OSS RFC again.

Have you done any changes to the saprouter or the RFC or in OSS1 settings?

If not, 99% SAPROUTER will be down only...Please check that.

Make sure that the saprouter system is pingable
