Not able to see the P card option in Item Data of SC

Hi experts,

Currently we are in SRM 7.0 and ECC 6.0 version with Extended Classic Scenario implemented.

We are  implementating the P card functionality and made the below relevant settings in SRM

1)Defining Number Ranges

2)Defining Card Company

3)Allocating the Company Code

4)Process Procurement Card ( User has been maintained )

5) Defining Product categories for Procurement Card.

Also the authorization " M_BBP_PC"  object has been provided to the User who is raising the SC .

But still the User is not able to see/select  the  P card option in the Item Data of the SC.

Please let us know if we are missing any settings/data.

what do you mean by "still the User is not able to see/select  the  P card option in the Item Data of the SC" ?

Check in IMG SAP Implementation Guide > SAP Supplier Relationship Management > SRM Server > Cross-Application Basic Settings > Extensions and Field Control (Personalization) > Configure Field Control > Display Standard Metadata Tables for Item Fields > Display Delivered Metadata Table for Item Fields for fields PCDAT_TO, PCINS, PCNAME and PCNUM assigned to business object BUS2121.

You could also debug methods from /SAPSRM/CL_PDO_META_BO_SC class.

Hi Laurent,

Sorry for the delay..

I have checked the config settings and  PCNUM  field is not enabled,and only a display access is provided . Im not able to change it to enabled.

Please suggest ,and let me know if this needs to be raised as OSS/

Hello Raj,

as the delivered metadata table for item field 'PCNUM' cannot be overwritten for fields 'Visible', 'Enabled' and 'Required', it seems that in standard Procurement card number is never displayed at SC item level.
