unable to Freeze the header data in FMBBC

Dear Experts,

While opening the Transaction FMBBC the line item area is covering the header data .  I have tried in so many ways but unable to freeze the line item area below the header area. Kindly provide the solution to fix the line item area.

Have you tried regenerating all screens in transaction BUSP?

I have tried with BUSP but still the line item area is not fixing under the header data.
