plan cost not updating

Hi Expert,

I plan cost in cj40 with version "0" but it's not coming in report cns41 i set the layout with field (Proj.cost sched.000) what is the reason please help me out.

Hi Aryan,

Go to OPSB and check your planning profile. Check if there is tik mark for Planning elements under Manual planning.This indicator controls whether cost planning is possible only in those WBS elements which were defined as planning elements.

Hi Aryan,

You can save selected fields layout in CNS41 report as Selection version

Once you select specific fields , directly save the report as specific selection version by entering some description ( For e.g Test-Project etc)

but once again i open report cns41 with concern project and execute selected field doesnot come.

When you execute CNS41 report, go to DB profile and click on Version data.

This will enable field Version data. You can enter name of the version you have saved earlier and tik mark on Version data.

Now try executing the report. It should give you out put with selected fields.

Hi Aryan,

If you have done config changes, try once Reconstructing Project info database through CJEN.Then observe CNS41 report.

i think i have complete config for plan updating as

order appended cost planing

planing profile check mark with manual

in network structure network type planning as tick mark also

is there any other point wherein we need to check please suggest??

I have alredy done cjen after changing in config then execute cns41 but still same problem.

Hi,

Go to OPUV for combination of Plant and Network type.

Check indicator for Plan.Cost Calc.It should be Determine Plan costs.

If your system say that it can not implement SAP Note 148971, then I would suggest you to raise OSS message to SAP.

plan is updating in more another report as s_alr_870...... and CJE0 with 12KST1E as you suggest but requirement is in structure report as cns41 cn41 cn41n and more.

T code CNS41 initial screen, Select the DB Profile Tab , Tick Mark  Planned Orders and Expenses

This  will show planned cost in report.

Please rever back if any issues
