Hi,
I have set up EEM in Solman 7.1 SP06.
I have recorded a SAP GUI script which has been deployed and is working fine.
I have also created an HTTP script but when i deploy it on the robot it is not getting deployed and I am getting the following error.
"SOAP:1,007 SRT: Unsupported xstream found: ("HTTP Code 400 : Bad Request")"
"SOAP:1,023 SRT: Processing error in Internet Communication Framework: ("ICF Error when receiving the response: HTTPIO_PLG_CANCELED")"
"SoapFaultCode:4 Deserializing fails. Nested message: XML Deserialization Error. XML Parser has thrown exception while parsing input. See nested exception.."
These are the different errors which I get at different times when I upload the same script. As it is with the nature of EEM it often throws error logs which has no relation with the actual error. Like while connecting the editor if you give wrong port or Solman details it gives an error of some SICF service "AI_EEM*" which are no longer relevant after Solman 7.1 release.
Can anyone suggest some remedy.
Regards,
Vishal
Hello Vishal,
I want to know that does EEM work without Root Cause Analysis (RCA) configured.
Is there any connection between EEM and RCA ? As you have configured EEM on Solman 7.1 SP06 so do you have RCA configured on Solution manager ?
Thanks in advance.

Hi Viral,
If in EEM script execution the thresholds are getting exceeded or there are some errors and you want to do the trace analysis for it. That is, you can right click on the script and select "Run script with trace" then in the next execution the trace data will be collected.
For this trace data collection you need RCA otherwise for just normal performance and availability monitoring RCA is not needed.

Hi Viral,
Do refer my document

I have listed some errors of EEM. It might help you at some point of time.
