Direct reporties are not visible in MSS for Line Managers

Hi All

Our Line managers are not able to see the direct reporties in MSS.

I checked org structure,roles and authorizations,relationships,everything is fine.

please can anyone tell me why this is happening? what might be the problem??

SAP_ALL is diffcult to assign,can you please tell me about S_Develop...where we have to check it and what we have to check?

What release of MSS are you on? Are you using the team view in MSS add-on? Are the direct reports visible in other areas like team calendar?

do ST01 trace to see if there is any missing authorisation for the user? SAP_ALL is for testing purposes only, assign and see if it works? probably in test system you can test

there was a bug which was fixed with 1487329. which corrected S_develop

Check in PP01 or PPome if the correct organisation structure is maintained

which release you are on? there was an error with s_develop, check note 1487329

you can assign SAP_ALL and check too.

ALl the customisation is correctly in place?
