Some Items are coming under Inactive items tab while creating the TO

Hi All,

When we are creating TO against the TR (Created against the Production Order),some items are coming in Inactive tab with zero Selected quantity automatically.

We cannot select the active tab for those.

What will be the reason as some items are coming under the Inactive tab.

Hi All,

The following is the screenshot. We have sufficient stock of the materials & there is no open TO present in the system for these materials.

Hope this will have bettere understanding to resolve the case.

Please click on storage type search , just want to view relevant storage types included in search sequence .

Please check for inventory active , stock removal indicators for storage bin .

Try creating transfer orders and send me error as well.

Please provide screen shot of same for faster analysis.

Dear Satpal  ,

If system is not able to pick desired stock from  location it would place  entrys in inactive list.

Eg : storage type blocked for removal , bin blocked for removal could be possbile reasons.

In below case my storage type is blocked for stock removal hence populating entrys in inactive list as TO creation is not possible.

Hi Jinoy,

But in the selected field zero quantity is coming & i am not able to move it to the active Worklist.

This is for 319 movement type.

Hi Satpal,

Please check do you have any open transfer order for those bin which are appearing in inactive list with quantity as Zero

you can use LT23 to check the TO
