cfolder and webex

Hi,

In the config guide it says: To be able to use the WebEx demo site, you have to allow the cFolders server to connect to the Internet so that users can be created on the demo site enter the proxy server and the port number used by the WAS for outgoing connections...

But we are not using a proxy server.

If anyone also can tell me the matter of necessity for setting up this, it would be nice too.

In order to use the demo site for webex, a user id and password needs to be created for all the users. Please write to jennifer.koester@webex.com or support@webexhelp.com mentioning that you need to use the WebEX demo site for cFolders. They would communicate the username and password to you. Please enter that in the settings for meetings in cFolders. Now you are ready to use the demo site. Once a meeting has been initiated, email would be sent to all the participants from messenger@webex.com. The limitation of using WebEx demo site is that the meeting can last only for 20 min and the number of participants are limited to 4.
