Error while deleting the Rule Resultset value

We have created a Rule Resultset value for a default Rule ID “GRAC_AR_INITIATOR”, as to design a MSMP workflow for change account.

As the workflow is not working, I am trying to delete the Rule Resultset value for the Rule ID, but getting error “Rule result CA_RESULT is being used in version 000014”.

So please anyone suggest on, how to move to older versions to delete the Rule Resultset value.

Dear Sriram,

Ruleresult Set value can't be deleted if it is used anywhere else in any other path etc. It has to be first cleared and then you can delete.

Hi Nidhi,

I am not using Ruleresult set value in any other path, trying to delete but getting the error "Rule result CA_RESULT is being used in version 000025".

Dear Sriram,

You have used this ruleresult in the versiob 000025. And this version is associated with many request. So this those request exist you can't detele the ruleresult value. You can check the request related to version 25 in table GRFNMWRTINST .
