User Status To REL AuC in system status in projects

hii

i have a small clarifaiction regarding the user status in project systems

as i created the new project which is a capital one which has no investment management

as i created the project the project is released and i want the system status as REL AuC

for makeing this status any configuration setings to done in user status ?

Hi Vijay,

Please mark this question as answered, as the answer provided by Sara is correct.

But, if you need more details, they are as follows:

1) First, you need to create (or ask your FI colleagues to create) asset classes for AUCs.

(Don't forget to tick the Status of AUC as "Investment Measure")

2) Then, when you create the Investment Profiles, assign the AUC Asset Classes.

3) Finally, you have the option to assign them to your Project Profiles, so it will be automatically derived upon creation. Or enter them manually in your WBS Elements (with Account Assignment Element indicator ticked).

Create Investment Profile

Assign to WBS

then while releasing WBS system will autometically create AUC.

System Status will get REL AUC.

Hello,

This status is set automatically when a asset under construction is created from your WBS... is this your requirement?

If it is your requirement? In this case you need to configure a investment profile, assign it to the WBS ( manually or in the project profile) and create the WBS as accounting object.
