GRC 10 ARM: creating more then one request per user

Hello,

I'm trying to open a second request for approval, using the same system, but different roles.

when trying to submit the request i get this error:

There is already an open request for system xxxxxx by user id xxxxxxx

My question is:

Can i open more then one request per user, using the same system, but requesting for different roles?

if so, please let me know what i should do.

Dear Michal,

Ofcourse you can create more than one request per user using the same system but using the different roles.

There is a setting in IMG for EUP  'One user per request per system'. Currently this setting would be 'NO' for you. Kindly make it 'YES', to make your scenario working
