NWBC

Hi Experts,

We have configured NWBC for html on ECC6 EHP6 Abap only system for using ESS & MSS application.

All the configuration is working fine and now i need create users for using this application.

currently there are more than 150 employees in the company and all needs to have access for nwbc for activities like creating leave request.

My biggest concern is do i need to create all 150 users who wants to use on ess applications as dialog users in SU01.

If this is the case how i should consider the licensing part. my actual SAP users are arround 40 and rest all want to have access only for ESS & MSS.

Please let me know is there any other option for providing access to all the employees for ESS & MSS only

Hi Avinash,

    As far as I know,  there is no restriction for users who access the NWBC.

Depending on your number of users license , you can have that many users accessing NWBC .

In portal if you have certain number of users accessing ESS/MSS , then those users can also access NWBC.

NWBC in simple words is an advanced version of SAPGUI.
