Hi Experts,
I find there are USED_FIXED_PART_SIZE and USED_VARIABLE_PART_SIZE columns in M_RS_TABLES, and they are in M_CS_TABLES. So please tell me what is fix part and variable part in row store format.

they are not in M_CS_TABLES, why?
Fixed and varible parts refer to implementation details of the row store.
As row and column store are obviously different in many ways, these columns don't make sense in a column store context.
While m_RS_tables is about row store details, m_CS_tables deals with column store specifics.

Unfortunately this part of the documentation of internal structures has not been officially released so far and is still classified as SAP internal.
