Error while creating Crystal report in SAP B1 8.82 PL 10

Dear All,

I am facing a problem while opening the crystal report/layout in SAP B1

When i click on the print preview then error is coming "error while connecting to crystal run time; check the installation "

I have installed DI API, SAP Client and crystal report also, but still i didnt get the solution.

Please help me on the

Hi,

try to install SAP Business One Crystal Report Integration Package on client pc...

and edit crystal report from SAP and set the datasource location.

i had tried that way also..

but it does not work..

when i click on edit then crystal report is not opening

now i am trying to uninstall the SAP and install it again....

hope this will work.....

Hi Kishore,

Try Re-installing SAP and Crystal Reports in the Client PC and Import the Reports again.
