Bidder getting error while submitting quotation.

Hi,

We are implementing SRM classic scenario.

An email is triggered to the bidder post Rfx creation with a link that takes the bidder to the portal where the bidder logs on and submits the quotation.

This is a standard process.

When the bidder clicks on the link, he's getting the following error.

"Failed to resolve Object Based Navigation target "qte.displayrfx". Use transaction PFCG to define this OBN target in a role or contact your system administrator to assign a role with the relevant OBN entries to your user."

Can someone tell me where could the problem be?

Hello Manu,

Did your Bidder who got the RFX email have proper role assigned in SRM system? Please check the same using SU01D. Mostly there will be contact persons for RFx whom you have to set up in SRM as well as you have to assign those contact persons under PPOMV_BBP for the vendors.

Please verify those information.
