EEMRobot status green but show disconnected in monitoring UI

Hi,

I have step up EEM in solman 7.1 SP06 and have applied the correction

note for the sp06.

I have a robot  which has status green in the EEM

configuration step. I have recorded SAPGUI scripts and deployed it on

this robot.

But in the Realtime monitoring UI the robot has the symbol of

disconnected and it gives the message

"execution is scheduled but not carried out".

What can be the reason for this. How can i start the execution of these

scripts

have you applied the latest correction note for eem sp06 Note 1768544 - Corrections for EEM 7.1 SP06 and SP07  problem 6

Hi Vishal,

it could have several reasons. I would take a look into the agent log files. There should be some indicators like error messages.
