test catalog doesn't show up in RSTWBJOB, can't figure out why

I created a CATT script, a test catalog, plan and package (in customer namespace Z, but I also tried T) according to: http://help.sap.com/saphelp_46c/helpdata/en/a3/fbacf9876f11d1bca3080009b4534c/frameset.htm

but when I run RSTWBJOB my catalog is not available, only about ten catalogs are displayed in F4 and they start with TK_. I'm running R/3 4.6C.

I'm stuck, I can't find OSS Notes or additional info in online Help. Anyone out there used RSTWBJOB successfully to run test cases from SM37 and can help get me back on track?

Can you guide me what are these test catalog , test plans , test scripts and how should I begin learning the stuff related to CATT and eCATT
