Attachments in SRM RFx

Hi,

I am trying to attach the attachment in RFx than i am getting invalid file.

I tried with all the different file formats but still the error is same.

Do we need to do special configuration for the same.

Even the same case with the contracts.

Your valueble inputs will be appreciated.

Hello Satya,

Please apply correction per Note 1792039 - Message error "Invalid file name" while attaching documents into RFx/Shopping cart to resolve your issue.

Thank you so much for your reply. Can i check with you before applying the note?

Is there any other settings required in order to attach the attachments in RFx or Contract.

Reason is, its fresh box so i am just wondering any config or any services to be activated from Basis side before we implement the note.

Hi Satya,

No there is no other settings required as far as attachment. The reason you are seeing the error is due to some program error which after applying note will fix the issue
