RISK PER ORGANIZATIONAL UNIT REPORT

Hi all,

I'm trying to execute the report "Risk per organizational unit" ( NWBC - Report center - Risk and opportunities) but when i view the report the fields related to Inherent and Residual risk level are blank

But if i view the same data in risk and opportunity management menù (NWBC - Risk Assessment - Risk and opportunities) i can see risk level for the same risks.

Anyone could explain me why?

I have this problem in quality environment; test environment run correctly but customizing is the same for both environments.
