Dear All,

Our client builds the building and sells it. Kindly help me in pricing for the same. They have one project and 1000 apartment in it.

The price varies for each apartment. They will not be able to create a condition record for 1000. Please let me know how it can be maintained.

Hi Adithya,

For all the 1000 apartments, your client must have grouped the products in different groups like 1BHK,  2 BHK etc.

What you can do is to assign one material group to the similar pricing products, and set your pricing based on material groups.

I think this should be easy to maintain.

I guess it will be very difficult to provide you guidance on how you structure your pricing based on such few words.

I am not sure what you are looking for, pricing procedure, or price condition records.
