Hi,

Can you please paste the entire screenshot?

As well as please confirm whehter sapcheck folder is available in /oracle/PBW.

if not, please create and give the necessary permission and try again.

Make sure that even /oracle  has full permission  & /oracle/PBW has access to orapbw user.....

Thanks and Regards,

Vimal

Check that you have correct environment variable (LD_LIBRARY_PATH for linux, LIBPATH for aix, etc.) point to oracle client directory like /oracle/client/11x_64/instantclient. After adjust double check with ldd brconnect that all dependencies resolved. After that try again.

Okay.

Please go to /sapmnt/PBW/exe  and see what is the brconnect permission.

Please find the attached picture of how brconnect permission should be...

If not, please  perform the following.

1. login as root user

2.navigate to /sapmnt/PBW/exe

3.chmod 4755 brconnect

And try again.

Thanks and Regards,

Vimal

Hey sorry...

I just noticed the error.

ld.so.1: brconnect: fatal: libclntsh.so.11.1: open failed: No such file or directory

Please go to /oracle/client/instantclient .. Check whether you are able to see the file  libclntsh.so.11.1

Create a link like the attached picture and check whether it works.

I hope it helps.

Please check and provide the feedback.

Thanks and Regards,

Vimal

Hi,

Please make sure that the /oracle/PBW/sapcheck folder can be accessed by orapbw user.

Better you can give 777 permission to /oracle/PBW/sapcheck and try to schedule the  checkDB and update stats again.

It will work.

Please check and provide your feedback.

Thanks and Regards,

Vimal
