EEM editor connection issue- AI_EEM* services missing

Hi,

I have solution manager 7.1 SP06. I have downloaded the editor for this version. When I am doing the connection test in the EEM editor it gives me the error

"Editor version 7.1007.20120723131139.0000 does not match the Agelet side 7.10.6.0.20120730143655"

and regarding the service "sap/bc/srt/rfc/sap/AI_EEM_LIST_ALL_SCRIPTS" which was present in solman 7.01 but is not available in solman 7.1 SP06.

How can i resolve the issue? Also can anybody tell me which port needs to be used? 80xx or 50xxx?

Hi Vishal,

in some rare cases there can be an issue with the download. Please get the matching version from the EEM-Wiki pages, in the download area.

Hi,

did you download the latest EEM editor version from solman_setup -> technical monitoring -> end user experience monitoring?

Also check the solman connection setting in the editor configuration.

SAP note 1768544 may also help.
