Edit button missing on Purchase order

Hi Friends,

we are using extended classic scenarion, One of my user canot see 'EDIT' button,

This is happening only with one material PO. Rest are working fine.

Please through some light what could be the issue.

1. Edit button in which transaction (Shopping cart / PO)?

2 Please confirm the status of the doucment where you are not finding eidt option?

3. Whether the Edit buttion is greyedout or it doesn't exist for that particular document?

PURCHASE ORDER TRSACTION.

ORDERED STATUS

IT DOESNOT EXIST.

Hi Pramod,

Hope your SRM version is 7.0 / above. Have you checked whether PO is replicated to ECC or not so times PO will be in ordered status but not available in ECC.

Secondly, please check in case the user might have hided the icon by mistake / if you right click on menu at PO top, popup will come where choose user settings --> invisible elements. (in case if there are any invisible elements you can see those).

Also,

Can you please confirm with the same user access are you able to see the edit button for any other PO's ?

If the edit button is not appearing for all PO's then it could be probably an authorization issues which you can check with security team.
