how to bring ECC 6.0 data in crystal reports.

Hi Experts,

we are designing crystal reports from R/3  tables . What type connections & where it should be created?  i have created connections in IDT but i am not geeting all the tables.

Hi,

if you use CR 2011, then you'll get more ECC source options .

Via a universe, you need to check the documentation: 

• see section 3.3 Universes on SAP ERP in the IDT guide: http://help.sap.com/businessobject/product_guides/boexir4/en/xi4sp5_info_design_tool_en.pdf
• Also, section 6.2 SAP ERP connections onwards in the Data Access
  guide: http://help.sap.com/businessobject/product_guides/boexir4/en/xi4sp5_data_acs_en.pdf

To recap, ECC tables are not supported for the moment via a universe, only ABAP functions (function modules), InfoSets or SAP Query.
