Dear Guru's,
Kindly through some light on the export sales(from OMAN) process in SD.
What is the difference between the Normal sales process and export sales process.
Thanking you in Advance.
Maddali.
Dear Sameer
The common difference would be
1) Separate Order type is created
2) Pricing procedure would be assigned to Order type
3) New Sales Area is difined to identify the sales for exports.
The changes could differ as part of the business process carried out by your company.

Hi Friend,
Normal Sales Process : Normal sales process is used for the cross-city customers. Since it is used for the customer who belongs to same city or same state etc. The Normal Sales Process in sap will be for this is : Order-->Delivery-->PGI-->Tax Invoice (Including vat or Cst as per respective sales process)... And also Dear business process means integration with all modules like mm,pp,fi,wm where it is integrated and sd business process means u have to save what u have done from sd point of view like cash sale ,consignment sale ,rush sale
Export Sales Process :
In Export Sales no taxes are applicable as Excise & VAT are exempted in case of exports.
