Add extra step to release the UD results?

Is there any way to add extra step to release the UD recorded results and Inventory movements?

I feel, you are looking for some kind of Approval Procedure before doing UD.

If so, follow the steps.

1. Create User Status Profile for Inspection Lot
2. Keep 3 User Statuses viz., Not Approved, Approved & UD Done
3. Keep the Not Approved as initial status
4. Keep Authorisation group Approved & Assign that authorisation group in required persons role alone.
5. Using Business Transaction, Control the UD if Inspection lot status is in Not Approved.

Note: You can assign Status Profile to Inspection Type in Default Values for Inspection Type configuration.
