Structure issue in SE11

Hi all,

Earlier one of the Developer has created structure in the name of   '/1BCDWB/IQ000000002078' and they have used it in the program for declaring table and Work area and is available in Quality system but not available in Development system.

when i double click it it's opening in SE11 transaction as Structure in Quality system but in Development it's showing object does not exist in Pop-Up window.

So my doubt is

1.  How can we able to  create structure name like standard .

2.  When i checked it it's not showing any package name ( either it should show package name or  local object name as $tmp ) but  it's empty 

3.  And in object directory it's showing error ' Does not exist'.

4.  how is not available in Development but available in Quality.

Hi

I believe it's related with ABAP Query and InfoSets, so, it's an object generated by tools as SQ01, SQ02 and SQ03 (as Smartforms and the function modules calls the form). Some consultants make queries directly in production, so, perhaps it's the reason you can't find it in development. The tables for these object are in the include RSAQCOMC.
