SAP Archivelink for Sales Order

Hi

I have setup SAP Archivelink for sales order and the output type document is set as Print and Archive and is stored as PDF in the file server. It was working for 4.6C.

Now we have upgraded to ECC6, when i tried to generate the sales order output through archive, i am not able to do so. There is an error in SM58 showing

SAP ArchiveLink (storage system message: storing n ot possible)

Message no. SR053

And i do not see the document in the sales order when i go to Header Output -> Edit -> Display Originals

I checked all the settings It is the same. Can anybody help?

HI Dyl,

You can find out which storage system (content repository) you're using if you check the transaction OAC3, and you know the business object type and document type for the output type ZB00.

Aftert this you can test this repository with the RSCMST report, if it's working correctly or not.

Hi Friend,

   For this , you have to concern with basis team, it may be some authorization issue... Not sure, but you can confirm once...
