BO 4.0 License Audit report generation

We need to submit annual License Audit report  SAP . we know in SAP ERP systems.

In BO 4.0 How to generate license audit report ?

Hello Siva,

Have you Configured Audit Universe and Reports in your BO 4.0 environment. If you configured Auditor you can generate the required report and derive the maximum number of users using the System. [Users – by Day -  Concurrent Sessions] is the name of the report you need to use.

If you just need the Snapshot of Current Licence usage alone then you can get it from

CMC -> Settings -> View global system metrics

We are using 4.0 SP5, i just checked the global metrics and it is showing very strange number like below. any idea?, in development more than this (5k +).

Hi,

Using the Auditing feature in the CMC, requiring you to use the Audit schema, Audit universe, and create an Audit report. 

there are some samples, but they are only examples.  There is no 'standard content' delivered for this.
