Adobe print preview error Exception SYSTEM_ERROR

Hi All,

we have configured the ads printer and tested ads services as well

Ads rfc in sm59  works fine

FP_PDF_TEST_00 dispalyes the  Version Information: 802.20110310060822.822093

however when we go to sfp and select the standard report and previe the form

It gives the below error

Exception       SYSTEM_ERROR

Message ID:          FPRUNX                     Message number:           001

Message:

ADS: com.adobe.ProcessingException: com.adobe.Processin(200101)

Hi,

It is an adobe connection establishment .

Please check the rfc.

Please check the ads user information.

Hi Prakash,

now when i check the ads rfc it prompts for the user name and password

AdobeDocumentServices/Config

user name and password

tried using adsuser but it does not except.

Please suggest.

Hi

The issue was with the ads user in rfs in the logon data updated  ads user and password.

while testing the form user name and passord is prompted while testing the form which

we have raised a message with sap for the adobe password cridentails

Installed the credentail using the below process.
