system stsus error in managed system configuration.

Dear Team,

I completed System preparation,Basic configuration,managed system configuration completely.....

Now i have few doubts and i am facing some errors...

1.In optimize manager i could not see my system.....You are not assigned to business partner...

2.If i see project no projects are there....

3.What are the standard jobs should i schedule for solman..

4.System status shows error

Technical system description.

'KRD~ABAP': Database 'KRD' must have one Software Component Version.

'KRD~ABAP': Cannot get Operating System 'Linux~3.0.13-0.27-defa' using its ID.

'KRD~ABAP': Operating System 'Linux~3.0.13-0.27-defa' of Host 'erpdev' must have at least one Software Component Version.

CCDB status

There is no relavent store..

Active index status

No context ID's in the directory for requested criteria..

I checked technical scanrio tab but that is empty it says that it ll take automatically from OS level....

Can you kindly help me ..what i want to do to go head to see my systems there in Optimizer..

Hi gopal,

I completed System preparation,Basic configuration,managed system configuration completely

I doubt that the basis configuration is done correctly or not.Do a quick review on the configuration  you had done on all the steps right from RFC's, diagnostic agent installations etc.

4.System status shows error

These error represents that basic,managed configurations are incomplete / not done correctly.especially it is not able to identify the host details.

Thanks for your reply .....

As you said i execute from step 1 in basic configuration all states to green...

But in managed system configuration i am facing warning message that

Activity 'Introscope Host Adapter' disabled for KRD/DATABASE

KRD/ABAP : Activity 'Generate System-level Metrics' ended with warnings
Activity 'Introscope Host Adapter' disabled for KRD/ABAP

RFC connection SM_KSMCLNT001_BACK could not be registered in SDCCN

Who to enable... when i check in basic configuration it is online...

Can anyone help me to solve this....

hi ,

Check this SAP note # 1611483; the attachement contains the trouble shooting guide.

see whether your configuration has passed all the checks.

As I said earlier,there are some serious configuration issues in your managed system (your check results shows it). I suggest you rerun the configuration and check at each step and proceed.

How can i check Diagonisit agent is connected to SOLMAN and how to know it is installed and started in DEV server.......

Dear Shyam,

I installed SMD agent in solman7.1 and it is working fine....

I installed on DEV server too but i cant able to check whether it is connected to SOLMAN or not...

The attachment in that note is based on windows and SP05....

Pls provide some inputs and make me clear how to proceed...

Hi,

If you have installed on DEV then you have to register in solman SLD. Then you will be able to see in solman.
