Hello,
I have configured the ITSM on Solman 7.1 SP07.
When i create the ticket and i select the component the the support team is not populated in Service Team.
But when i select the message processor the Service team is populated.
I have configured the BRFPLUS rule and its simulation is working properly.
I have copied SMIN->ZMIN.
Ibase component is active and SOLD-to-Party is maintained as BP for Root Org.
I have created the org Structure in ppoma_crm also.
Also under sppfcadm- i have removed the check for ZMIN_STD-->ZMIN_STD_FIND_PARTNER_FDT also.
Please advice how fix this.
The service team should populate when SAP component is selected.

is there any error in the action ZMIN_STD_FIND_PARTNER_FDT log?
is it shcduled automatically? did you changed any method parameters manuall?
have you applied all the major correction notes, i found one, which states partner function nt able to determine, it might similar to your case 1793311
check with other dispatching rules wil that work, based on the guide here
