HI Gurus,
We are preparing a support document for SAP Help Desk Employees to identify the general issues that can be resolved at help desk level, So can anyone suggest me some queries raised by end users that can be resolved at help desk level.

Most often we get authorization issues. In such a case, we have to ask the user to send the screen shot of SU53.
Most of the time, i noticed that the Help Desk fails to do it. Once the ticket is assigned to the L2 Support team we have to ask for the SU53 screen shot. If they can do it in the help desk level, it would be easy for the L2 team to handle it.
