MSMP workflow issue in GRC 10

We have created BRF+rule for access request workflow.

1:Request type and system type as Dev

2:Request type new& change and system type as PRD system.

We have two path for above conditions.i.e Path 1 is single stage(Role owner) for condition 1 and Path 2 with two staged(Manager,Role Owner) for second condition).

When we are creating request,It is selecting correct path based on condition but Approver id is not showing on instance status of request.

Check the error log in SWI1 and shown message as "Waiting for event 'REJECT' of object type 'CL_GRAC_ACCESS_REQUEST_WF'"

Please find the attached instance status request and SWI1 logs.

Kindly help us resolve the issue.

Please share the MSMP Workflow configurations and BRF Plus screenshots, so that we can help you.

The Approvers are set in the stage settings and need to be available in Agent Rules in the MSMP workflow set up. How you set up custom agents.

You have not done workflow customizing for agent assignment where you make each workflow task as general task. Please follow the IMG path below to do the required settings .

Governance, Risk and Compliance->General Settings->Workflow->Perform Task-Specific Customizing

I have done that settings.But still getting the same error.

Hi Neresha,

Check your configuration related to workflow  using SWE2,PFTC tcodes.

and also  add GRAC_ALL role to WF-batch user id in GRC system.
