Customer hierarchy

Dear sd gurus

             i have created some customers in V-12 bz i am maintaining customer Hierarchy,

customers are 60000015 and 60000016 under one sales are

here i created  order , delivery , and billing also

But i am not able to find these customers in VDH1 I AM getting this error.

and one more to ask i created some customers in v-12 but if we want to check i mean display this customers where we check?

Hi Venu,

Although i am not sure about your SAP system, but recently SAP has announced decommissioned the Hierarchical type pricing use with type A. The error you are getting is related to customer but seems at the backend is Hierarchical concept with type "A".
