Net Price Issue

Dear Guru's,

I searched the forum before posting and Please suggest me the link if the below question is already answered.

I have scenario where orders are replicated from CRM to ECC.

if items are billed and if the invoice is then cancelled, prices are removed in the SAP order if a change is saved in the CRM order

Could you please sugest me the solution;my CRM counsult argues that issue is frm ECC side.

Can you throw some more light on this process.

is the SAP sale order replica of CRM order ?

How is SAP order created ? When there is a change in CRM, is it updating the sale order in SAP ?

If i have understood this correctly , its like when u create an invoice and then cancel . Those items in the invoice their prices in the reference sales order is changed to 0 or could you put some light .\
