Can't record steps of windows 7 explorer with SPP v4.3

Hello,

I am trying to record steps of wnidows explorer.

It works fine under windows XP, but when I try to do the same under windows 7, nothing is recorded.

The action under SAP Gui, IE, office are well recorded.

I have found nothing special on log file

Any help?

Yes I read.

I can record some application, the issue is that the action made on the destop windows and explorer wasn't recorded.

I made the same test with the version 4.4 of SPP and it works fine.

Hi All

     Because SPP v4.3 can not support Application 64bit.

You can test by record IE and IE(64bit)  and see the results.
