Short text of code displayed in result field

I have created certain codes along with required description in QS41.

Also,they are used(assigned) in selected set(QS51).

I used them in a qualitative MIC.

While result recording, the short text of code is also displayed along with the code.

Is there any setting required so that only the code is visible (not the short text) in the result recording screen?

Any help in this regard will be appreciated!

This code & Description is showing at result recording time. Is the standard functionality of SAP.

Hi Sumeet,

If this relates to the result recording against a qualitative MIC (to which selected set is assigned), then its the standard feature of SAP. You can't avoid it. BTW why you need the description not to be displayed. Does this has any significance further?

Hi Anand,

Yes,I get that it is a standard functionality.

But the case here is that description is same as the code.

So, it is displayed twice and that is not required.

Hence did not want the short text to be displayed.
