ChaRM -RFC - Approval step Activities config

Hi,

In Request for change we see below approval step Activities, i.e. when we choose Approval procedure.

Approve

Not Relevant

Reject

If I want to add one more Activity, then where to configure this ?

Hi Kumar,

These are picked up from status profile - IT000003. if you want to modify these, create a copy of this std profile and link this new profile to your RfC via "Define approval procedure" step.
