This is my scenario:
1) Suppose say that I have my source system with ABAPJAVA satck and Traget system is only ABAP stack. Now, if I export my source system through system copy method and Import in Traget system then after copy will it become ABAPJAVA system or it will still remain ABAP system only.
Solution:
If you use the SAP system copy tools, you will copy the J2EE stack along with the procedure. In this case you could also just restore the backup of your dual stack system to your ABAP stack and delete the JAVA schema from the database afterwards.
Here My question is how to delete Java stack alone after System Refresh?
Hello Dheen,
When you have a dual stack split and you want to remove the java stack, you must use the Dual-stack split tool, as described in SAP note:
1797362 - Dual-Stack Split for Systems Based on SAP NetWeaver
This is part of the Software Provisioning Manager tool. You can download the latest version of the tool as described in SAP note:
1680045 - Release Note for Software Provisioning Manager 1.0
In the Dual-Stack Split Guide, section Removing the Java Stack describes how to delete the java stack from your system. You can download the guide (according to the SAP NetWeaver version) at:

Hi Dheen,
Please remove the Java stack alone using the SAPinst tool or Software provisioning manager (SWPM). After selecting the version of your Netweaver stack, Select software lifecycle and then click on Uninstall. You will get the option to uninstall the Java stack there.

Hello
If you start sapinst with the installation master for the release and there is an option to remove Java stack.
Good luck.
