Our warehouse pickers realised today that they were asked to pick the same product for the same stores from our Pre Pick location. Upon investigation it became apparent that there were actually two STOs with identical product and qunatities from the same allocation table items.
two STOs created for the same Store and they have the same items from the following Allocation tables.
the user confirm they had to re-release certain allocation tables on certain date as certain parts of them had not released but this should only release what did not action the first time not everything again. The user only use WA08 to release allocations.
Could you please advise how this can happen to have to active STOs for the same items?
