General Refurbishment process with Steps is explained in the link below. This process can be tweaked based on your Business requirement. Also, you can have Refurbishment using Split Valuation or without Split valuation depending on your comapny's Inventory Management process.

Please search in forum for the Refurbishment Process steps. Also do some search in SAP help.

Its against forum rules to just attach SAP Help link or some other threads which are having same kinds of answers. Also better do some homework before posting new thread for the already discussed queries.
